摘要：基于复杂系统有关理论，从显现层面和隐现层面两个角度阐述大型工程的复杂性内涵。在此基础上，探讨大型工程项目管理复杂性的含义、表现及来源，并提出有效应对大型工程复杂性的措施，为大型工程项目复杂性管理提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the complex systems theory，the paper expounds the connotation of the complexity of large scale project from the viewpoint of dominant and recessive aspects. On this basis，discusses the meanings，manifestation and sources of management complexity of large engineering projects，and proposes the effective management measures to deal with the negative impact of complexity of large engineering projects，so as to provide reference for large engineering projects complexity management.
