摘要：合理的运作方式是PPP项目运作机制设计的重点和关键内容。首先总结我国常见的PPP运作方式，并阐述各类运作方式的特点和适用范围，然后通过文献研究并结合PPP项目实操经验，分析PPP项目运作方式选择的影响因素，最后提出运用积分表法对PPP项目运作方式进行选择，并通过案例对该方法进行验证。

Abstract：The suitable operation mode is the vital and key content for designing the operating mechanism of PPP projects. Firstly，this paper makes a summary and classification to the common operation modes，and describes the characteristics and application scope of various types of the PPP projects. Then，through literature review and combined with the PPP project operation experience，analyzes the factors influencing the operation mode selection of PPP projects. Finally，puts forward the selection points table method to choose the PPP operation mode，and demonstrates the method through a case analysis.
