摘要：分析吉林省建筑业发展存在的政府支持力度不够、产业规模不大、龙头企业少，企业类别单一技术进步缓慢，技术工人严重匮乏等问题，提出出台建筑业转型升级相关政策、培育龙头骨干企业、推动住宅产业化、积极发展绿色建筑、提高信息化应用水平、实施“引进来”和“走出去”战略、提高融资能力等吉林建筑业转型升级的对策。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the construction industry in Jilin from several aspects of insufficient government supporting，small industry scale，few leading enterprises，single type of enterprise，slow technology advance and severe shortage of skilled workers. Then，puts forward the transformation and upgrading strategies，such as introducing the relevant policies of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry，fostering the key enterprises，promoting the housing industrialization，developing the green building，improving the application of information technology，implementing the“bringing in”and“going out”strategy and increasing financing capability.
