摘要：建筑企业面临着市场变化和行业发展的重大变革。首先分析建筑企业创新驱动发展的必要性，然后提出建筑企业创新的总体方向及五个创新路径关键单元。最后阐述创新过程中存在的障碍，以及创新过程中的风险管控重点。

Abstract：Construction enterprises are facing major reforms of the industry development and market changes. This paper analyzes the necessity of innovation-driven development of construction enterprises，and then puts forward the general direction of innovation and five key elements of innovation path. Finally，elaborates the obstacles in the innovation process，as well as the risk control points in the process of innovation.
