摘要：基于项目群的视角构建城市综合体综合效益评价指标体系，提出城市综合体综合效益评价模型。采用基于博弈集结的组合赋权法确定评价指标的组合权重，采用基于证据距离的客观赋权法确定参与评价的群体专家的客观权重。经实例验证，所提出的评价方法能够对城市综合体综合效益进行科学、全面的评价。

Abstract：This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban complex based on the perspective of project group，and puts forward the comprehensive evaluation model，determines the weight of the evaluation index by the combination weighting method based on game theory，and determines the objective weight of the group experts by the objective weight method based on the evidence distance. Through an example，the proposed evaluation method can scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive benefits of urban complex.
