摘要：分析影响绿色建筑产业化发展的因素，利用解释结构模型（ISM）研究其主要影响因素，并将各影响因素逐级分层，分析因素间存在的逻辑关系，找出影响绿色建筑产业化发展的关键因素，并提出应对策略。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the impact factors of the green building industrilization，and studies the main influencing factors through ISM，analyzes the logical connections among these factors，identifies the key factors affecting the development of the construction industry，thus proposes the according strategies.
