摘要：以成都地区14个新建住宅项目的节能信息为样本，建立新建住宅项目的建筑节能评价体系进行节能现状评价，得出成都地区新建住宅建筑节能状况处于中等水平的结论，并提出改善成都地区新建住宅建筑节能水平的对策建议。

Abstract：Taking energy conservation information of 14 new residential projects（83 research samples）in Chengdu as samples，this paper sets up the energy efficiency evaluation system which is suitable for new residential projects in Chengdu，and evaluates the situation of new residential buildings’ energy efficiency in this area，concludes that the energy conservation condition on residential buildings in a medium level，then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the situation of new residential building energy-saving in Chengdu.
