摘要：首先概括工程项目资源均衡问题的含义及资源均衡的重要意义，并就资源均衡问题的求解方法进行分析。然后在现有研究的基础上构建多资源均衡优化模型，依据资源均衡问题的特点设计相应的遗传算法加以求解，采用MATLAB为算法求解过程的实现编写程序，设计资源均衡优化GUI界面。最后通过算例验证模型及算法的有效性与界面的实用性。

Abstract：First，the paper generalizes the implication about construction projects resource leveling problem and the significance of resource leveling，and analyzes the solving methods of resource leveling problem. Then，sets the multi-resource leveling optimization model based on existing research，designs the corresponding Genetic Algorithm according to the characteristics to solve the problem，uses MATLAB compile for the method procedure，moreover makes a GUI interface for resource leveling problem. Last，uses an example to show the validity of method and model and the practicability of interface.
