摘要：多数建筑企业都通过了贯标认证，但运行效果与贯标的初衷仍有一定差距。首先阐述贯标的含义及意义，然后分析建筑企业贯彻标准体系存在的领导认识不够、执行力欠佳等问题，最后提出领导重视，提高认识、加强企业执行力文化建设、全员参与等对策，以促进建筑企业贯标的有效进行。

Abstract：Many construction companies have passed the standards certification，but the running effect with the original intention of implementing standards has a certain gap. This paper first elaborates the meaning and significance of standards implementation，then analyzes the problems existing in construction enterprise implementing the standard system，such as the leadership lack of awareness，poor execution and other issues. Finally，puts forward the countermeasures，including raising the awareness of leadership，strengthening enterprise execution culture construction，full participation and so on.
