摘要：社会稳定风险评估是建设项目决策阶段的重要环节，风险识别是整个评估工作的前提与基础。首先探讨建立通用的风险识别方式的必要性与可能性；然后阐述其风险识别方法的建立；最后汇总出具有普适性的建设项目社会稳定风险清单，使其成为一种社会知识资源，供评估工作借鉴、使用。

Abstract：Risk assessment of social stability is an important link of construction project decision-making stage，risk identification is the premise and basis of risk assessment. Firstly，the paper discusses the necessity and possibility of building a common way of risk identification. Then，expounds the establishment of the common risk identification method of the stability of the construction project. Finally，summarizes the social stability risk list of construction project，which becomes a kind of social knowledge resource.
